May I ask what the "keys" on the bit is for? I've never seen such a thing...

I was told they were to help calm a fidgety horse by giving them something to play with. Don't know how true that is.

I love the full cheeks with keys for young horses or horse that have a hard mouth. It gives something else to think about besides chewing a bit to death.
