Trade a breast collar for a breast collar?

I have a nice Gatsby breastcollar that is too big for my horse. I was told it was horse size but then someone else mentioned it might be used for warmbloods. I did punch some holes in it to see if I shortened it if it would fit but still too big. The holes are even and there are only three.

I am looking for a padded,mohair,or biothane breastcollar.

Anyone?

The one that I have is "horse" sized as well. I'm sure you can see in my pics that sonador is a tank. But it's to big. :/ maybe you need a cob size.
