    Trading 2 Saddles...Wanting 1! CA

    Hey..
I have 2 black all purpose synthetic saddles I bought brand new quite a few years ago. I used them each maybe a dozen times and have kept them clean and new as 99% of the time they've sat in my shed. They're about 16, maybe 16.5. One is a Stateline Tack saddle and the other is a Maxam (with FISH). They are both super nice starter saddles or saddles for lesson riders. I have one set of Wintec synthetic black stirrup leathers "Child size" (I'm 5'7'' and they still fit me) and irons that go on both saddles. They have fit everything from warmbloods to skinny thoroughbreds and literally look brand new!

I'm looking for a 17.5'' close contact jumping saddle. I don't want one of the no brand saddles, but it doesn't have to be a brand new $8k custom saddle. Just looking to see if anyone would trade on here since I have nothing else to do with my two saddles and am in need of a saddle to start working my OTTB and do some lower level shows in.

I said it once and I'll say it again...these two saddles look like NEW!
(images were taken when I dragged them out of my shed...much cleaner in person)

For more pictures/tack that I'd be willing to trade with it for the right saddle...go to Facebook and search TwoPoint Photography and look in the FOR SALE album!

Attached the files. They look kinda of dirty and dusty because I just pulled them out of my shed after about a year of not being used. Keep in mind these have only been used literally a handful of times.

I'm just curious how you can tell if the Maxam is a fish system. I just bought one but it didn't come with anything and it looks exactly like that.

To the above comment...im not quite sure to be honest...i've never really looked much into Maxam...but I know mine has pocket like things underneath like in the tree up by the withers if that makes sense? I never learned how to use the fish system nor did I ever bother opening it so idk for sure if that's even where they go. XD

You may do better in offering them for sale rather then trade. By wanting to trade, you not only need to find someone who wants 2 saddles but has a better made saddle to trade - and a different size.

They've been for sale for over 2 years now is the reason why it's posted here. Figured it was worth a try. Can't fail unless you try and likewise can't succeed until you try.
