Used 18" Don Neco Pessoa Jumping Saddle

It was purchased roughly 8 years ago, but its been in storage for the past 3 years, as I have stopped jumping. It DOES have some usage on it. It's rubbed where the stirrup leathers would fall (but you can't see anything once a rider is in the saddle) and scratched a bit underneath the flaps, but that's about the whole story

It's 18" and SO freaking comfy. Medium wide tree. (although having had a saddle fitter look at it, they told me it could be adjusted a bit as well)
It is made from really nice leather (French, not the Argentinian) and the Don Neco also has a slightly deeper seat then the other pessoas, so it gives you a bit more of a secure seat.

I originally had it listed at the tack shop for $1400, but I really want it sold, so I'd take $1100 (obo). I'll also throw in the matching stirrup leathers and stirrups if you want.

What kind of tree? Wood, Plastic? Also is it wool flocking, or foam, air?
You say a saddle fitter said the tree could be adjusted to what, more narrow or wider?
Thanks
