    Standard INSIDE measurements for "English" Loose Rings is 2.5". Probably what you are looking for is, for lack of better words, is the "Western Training" loose ring - usually 3" including the ring. I think Classic Equine, Reinsman, some "natural" horsemen have them for sale. Don't know if they are available in the draft sizes or not...but if I see any out there, I'll let you know.
