Talking Very Large List of A Quality H/J & Horsewear

I am most definately a tack hoarder and I really need to clear some stuff out. Please email me for pics, will get a photobucket gallery together tonight.

Dover Wellington raised padded fancy stitched horse size bridle. Was a show bridle for one season, oiled up beautifully, buttery soft. Love this bridle but, I got an ADT bridle as an xmas gift, this bridle has been cleaned and hanging in bridle bag. Comes with matching raised fancy stitched laced reins. Over $400 new. Asking $200 (has holes from nameplate)

Treadstone raised padded fancy stitched horse size bridle with matching reins(can't remember if theyre "fancy"). It is a lovely darker brown and the stitching stands out beautifully on it. The horse I had it for only showed once, it could use some softening up but is very stunning. Asking $40

Dover Circuit bridle in cob size. It was a show bridle for a pony from years back. It is just square raised with laced reins. Didn't see that much use. A little bit stiff for my liking but all in working order. It's a lighter brown, could use some oil. Asking $30

Brown "Pebble Grip" reins. Horse size. Used one time but they were a tad too short for my liking(have a 17.3 WB). Paid well over 100 at the tack shop, can check their brand if interested. $75

Dover Wellington elastic jumper breastplate. Leather on this is incredibly soft and supple. Elastic is dark brown. Leather features some small fancy stitching accents. Bought this used and on the back of elastic is had a small name that was scribbled out in sharpie. Cannot see it when in use. Previous owner said it was a horse/full size but it is very very generous. It fits my 17.3 WB(with a refined frame) with a good amount of room to spare. $80

Pro Choice 46" brown girth. It is the older model with the lighter brown backing. Asking $20
Pro Choice 48" brown girth. Again, the older model and well used. All still in working order. Asking $20
Dover Equilizer nylon with ffleece girth. Elastic at both ends. D ring under belly for attaching aids. Was used and abused by a girl at the barn. Could use a little TLC. Still in great working order. Asking $15
Padded leather girth. Elastic at one end and split leather at the other. I accidentally bought the wrong size. Used one time. Cleaned and hanging in my tack locker. 54", a lighter brown color, padded(possibly fancy stitched, can check on that). Asking $90

Half Pads:
**Ogilvy** memory foam half pad in black. Size medium "jumper" style. Wonderful pad! Bought it from Dover maybe a month ago, used it 3 times. Asking $200
Mattes correction half pad with rolled edges. It is white/white and size Medium. Has staining on the quilting from my saddle but you cannot see it when in use. I have never washed the pad so some of it may come out. Always used with a baby pad. It has 4 pockets in which you can add shims, I believe I have 3 shims for each pocket. Asking $100

I have WAY too many saddle pads! Ill let them go for $15 each. They are all in working order, straps are all good and they have very little use to them. I am listing what I can think of off the top of my head.

Black saddle pad that is a faux suede top, back corners are a "baker-like" plaid with the outline of a 3 on them.
Teal Roma pad with purple and silver braid trim
Purple Roma pad with two colors of braid trim(which I can't think of)
--will list more once I get home and check the stash

I am very much so a bit hoarder. I am always willing to trade for bits. I just can't help myself.
5.25" Mikmar combination bit. It has the straight mouth piece with the roller. I bought it used and it didn't have the original curb strap so that is substituted with a western curb strap from Schneiders. $75
5" Myler D ring without hooks. It has a 41PB correctional barrel mouth piece. (link to mouthpiece below) $40
5" Full cheek slow twist copper dr. bristol $10
5" Hollow mouth jointed full cheek $10
5" Slow twist jointed full cheek $10
5" Dr bristol full cheek $10
5" Jointed rubber full cheek $10
5" Jointed corkscrew full cheek $10
5" Rubber covered jointed tom thumb pelham w/chain $15
5.5" Jointed happy mouth pelham w/ chain & rubber chain guard $25
5" Slow twist jointed D-ring $10
5" Broken segunda D-ring $10
4.75" Slow twist jointed D-ring $10
4.75" Jointed egg butt $10
4.5" Jointed racing D $10
5.5" Jointed loose ring(seems to be a medium sized mouth to me) $10
The following bits I somewhat use but not that much. I can part with them if someone is interested
5.5" Jointed rubber D-ring(hunter D) $15
5.5" "Ribbed" mullen happy mouth D-ring $25
5.25" Double jointed happy mouth 2-ring elevator $25

82" McAllister heavyweight high neck turnout blanket. Brown/brown. Professionally laundered. $40
82" Tuffrider turnout sheet. Navy/navy. Very little use. Professionally laundered. $30
81" Amigo heavy stable blanket. Had small dime sized hole that appears to have been caused by something hot as the blanket is slightly melted at the edges of the hole. Fill doesn't come out. Was recently professionally laundered. $40
82" Honeycomb "Chill Chaser"(irish knit) from Dover. Purple/purple. $20

Tough-1 purple fake tail carrier. Zips and I think has room for 2 tails. $15
White cotton draw reins with leather girth loop ends $10
Charles Owen GR8 7 1/4 black on black. Used for one show season until I got a different CO model. Only used at shows. No falls. $100

Dover helmet carrier. Navy with burgundy trim & white piping. $15
Dover Bridle bag. Navy with burgundy trim & white piping. Fleece lined. Holds one bridle. $15
Horse size Smith Worthington leather halter. Beautiful quality leather, this will last for quite some time. Adjustable both sides of crown, adjustable under nose, rolled throatlatch with snap. $40
Nylon halter O/S. Lime green and zebra patterns. Has leather breakaway tab, adjustable under chin, clip at throatlatch. $15
Nylon halter O/S #2. Has christmas patterns. Leather breakaway tab, adjustable chin, clip at throatlatch. $15

There is probably much more but I am at work and cannot think of it right now. Will get pictures upon request as there are obviously alot of items. PLEASE email me, I get it right on my phone and it is the quickest way to catch me. Email:
I am very open to offers and especially trades. Always interested in odd bits(cherry rollers, ports, sprenger etc.) preferably in 5.5". I am always looking for quality bridles(edgewood, antares etc) or quality bridle parts(reins, nosebands etc). Basically any quality tack that you have to offer, shoot me a trade.

I've been having issues with my email, but when you get a chance, can you either post pictures of the following, or attempt to email me at

helmet bag
bridle bag
all of the 82" blankets/sheets that are navy
leather halter(if it would fit a 17.3hh OTTb that's built like a warmblood)
black saddle pad with baker plaid corners
the 82" heavyweight in brown
the 81" heavy stable sheet with small hole

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you still have the jumper breastplate? If so, I definitely want some pictures of it. Thanks. :]

One mans wrong lead is another mans counter canter. [:
