wanted kid's beginner horse for ranch near Las Vegas N.M.

Does any one know if there are horses, like forest service horses, who need a retirement home, but have had quite a bit of riding experience so are nice and calm? The horse would be well cared for with light riding for grandkids visits etc. Thank you

i was reading your wanted add about a calm kid safe horse. I have a 17 yr old Paint/TB gelding named Apple Jack that i am currently trying to sell. Before i got him he was a 3 day eventer, and since ive had him hes been my 4h/show/trail horse. He does great with all of it. Young people who have never ridden a horse before got on him a few weeks ago and we all went on a trail ride then out into an open field...he was a perfect gentleman. didnt try to run when we got into the field and didnt get ancy when he fell behind or when others left him. He would be very good for what your looking for! Email me back and ill send you some picts and videos if your interested. I live in Sandpoint, ID. my email is heartrush3@gmail.com Email me back and ill talk prices with you. =) thanks
