Wanted / Selling

Selling:

Size 24 olive colored riding breeches. High waisted. Knee patches. Worn once for a show years ago and now they don't fit anymore. Asking $25 plus shipping (i will be posting pictures when I get home)

Childrens sized chaps. I don't know the exact size off the top of my head. They are in perfect condition. I wore them when I was about 10 to 13 and now that I am 23 they just don't fit (clearly HAHA) They are dark green I think they are beautiful, I wasnt going to part with them but I have no use for them. The zippers are fully functioning as well as the wait straps. (again I will be posting pictures when I get home) Asking $25 plus shipping

I am located in Pennsylvania (USA)

Wanted:

I am looking for a nicer saddle then the one I have now. I don't want to spend more then like $200 plus shipping fee. I am looking for and english saddle (guess I should include that) I don't know exactly what I want yet looks wise but I know once I see it I will know. I would like it to have knee pads and an average tree width.

I am also looking for a dark brown bridle (with or without reins doesnt matter) in full/horse size. Also english. As for this I don't want to spend more then I guess $50 on it.

Let me know guys! Thanks :)

Have you looked at the Gatsby or Kincade bridles? I've bought both, and the leather is very nice, especially on the Gatsbys. They run about $45.00-$50.00 new, and come with reins.

As far as saddles, you might want to try HorseClicks, CL, Bits & Barter, and Ebay. There are always very nice, used English leather saddles for sale. I bought a Stubben from someone on CL, and sold a Circle Y on HorseClicks.

Its a Dover Saddlery they only have like 15 locations, its literally across the street from my office. Perfect when I need something or time to kill but totally bad for my wallet!

Can you also send me those other sites you were telling me about aside from ebay of course. :) thanks!

I hear ya!

The closest Dover store to me is about an hour and a half away, but there's a pretty big tack shop about 10 minutes from my office. I have to stay away or I'll spend the mortgage money!

Bits & Barter:

Craigslist:

With CL, you don't necessarily have to stay in your own local area. I'm in VA and the saddle I bought was from someone living in NY.

Hey, all of my critters are spoiled, right down to the barn cats.

When I only had one horse he was treated like the royal prince he thought he was!

I hear you on that one, all of our animals are spoiled. Where I board there are about 30 cats and they all have known names and eat inside the house and everything.

What size seat do you need? I have a 17.5-18" A/P saddle. Havanna brown, some minor wear on the billets from legs, but you can't see it if someone is sitting in the saddle. It has a reg/narrow tree knee blocks and padded knee rolls. I am including the stirrups and leathers, along with your choice of a hunter green square pad (brand new), or a used fleece works contour A/P pad. I'm asking 400, but I'd be super negotiable on price if you like it. Just PM me if you want pics!
