Check Ebay. I just ordered an english saddle package that came with everything. It's not the best quality, of course, but I only paid $129 plus $39 shipping. I even found it in a 19" seat, which I haven't found affordable anywhere else. Anyway... most of the packages come with saddle, bridle, reins, bit, girth, leathers, stirrups, and pad.
