Wanted: Western Saddle 16"

I am looking for a used western saddle. Price range is $300 max. With full QH bars and 16" seat. Just looking for a good saddle that is comfortable for me and my horse, nothing more. Would love a barrel saddle or trail saddle but will look at any offers. Thank you!

I have an older 16 inch wrangler roping saddle for sale, but not sure if it would be what you are looking for. Too bad you not looking for 15 inch, I have 3 barrel saddles for sale, but they are all 15!

I have a 16" western saddle, I'm not sure if it's full or semi QH bars tho. The gullet measures 6.5" but it angled really wide. I was hoping to get $350-400 but I'll take $300OBO just because it's taking up much needed space! Here are some pics Legacy with Blues sadde pictures by Rachel1786 - Photobucket

I think you'd better plan on saving a few more shekels as a decent used saddle in good shape will run you $400 or more plus mail. I have a very nice leather made by American Saddlery with some stainless trim. Good leather, well made. Doesn't fit current horse. It's been cleaned and is ready to ride. With shipping that would likely run $550.

I agree with saddlebag! The more money you spend the more comfortable you and your horse will be. It doesn't have to be a HUGE amount. I would say you could probably find a decent one for 500-800, which isn't really much more then you have now. Think of it as an investment! If you get the well made saddle and take care if it properly it can last you a VERY VERY VERY long time.

Yes and if looked after it will retain it's resale value.
