I have Raynaud's*, so I'm not sure if our definition of "warm gloves" are the same, but I've heard Thinsulate gloves are very warm (I have never tried them as they'd probably still be too cold for me).
As for boots, I don't know if you're western or english. I'm western and usually just wear a pair of thin socks with a pair of either Goldtoe socks (Ultra Tec Crew 3 Pr - GoldToeMoretz
Like these) over or the pair of knee-high hiking socks I got for Christmas.
*raynaud's basically constricts my blood vessels in my wrists and ankles, so my hands and feet are ice cold all the time. Outside in the winter, my hands get extremely painful and my toes lose bloodflow.
I'm assuming you're just cold. Haha.
