Are you looking for a sheet or blanket?

I'm really unsure actually.. I'm new to horses and was advised by the trainer to get something for winter. Temps rarely go below 30. I live in Washington. Do you have any advice?

What age and breed is the horse? What the turnout schedule in winter?

Shes almost 4, TB/appy. Shell be out most of the time. She has access to a barn, but won't have a specific schedule..

She'll probably need a lightweight waterproof turnout sheet (no fill) and medium weight (200g fill) waterproof blanket to start. If she's thin skinned like a lot of TBs and it gets really cold, she might need a heavyweight too. I think I sold all my 78s last year, but I'll check and see if I have any extras! Ebay is a great place to check too, especially this time of year when most people aren't thinking of buying blankets yet.

I have a brand new 81" Amigo HW Turnout blanket if you think that might work. It's a really high quality blanket. Sell for $165 online. I'm asking $100+shipping. PM me if interested.

I think 81 is a little too big.. :/ 78 will be a little on the loose side still, but she's filling out.

No problem, but just be aware...depending on how you measured, the weatherbeeta blankets run large. For example, I ordered a 69" for my mare who typically wears a 72".
