WTB: I am looking for an 18"-19" with long flaps

Hi all, I have been searching for an 18"-19" english saddle with long flaps....I have not had the best of luck with it. I am hoping that someone has one for sale. I am also on a budget...around the $500 range would be great! Just let me know what you have. Thanks
