WTB: side reins and western saddle

Hi i'm looking for a pair of side reins to buy and maybe a western saddle, depending on what i can find for a good price, The saddle would be for my mom for christmas, she has tendinitis in her shoulder so a synthetic or light weight saddle is needed, the saddle is for a wide appy, a 15" seat is prefered, but if price is right will take a 16", please let me know what you have!
Thanks
