Default Can someone help with a cell phone?

I have a 2 year old Verizon Wireless razr v3m in pink.

I took 2 pictures today (one is 212 kb, the other is 260 kb) I know the limit to send pictures/videos for Verizon wirless is 300kb.

Everytime I try and send them (to my e-mail, or to another phone) it says that attachment it too big.

On January 21 I was able to send a 223 kb photo to my e-mail no problem.
Why that change?

I've tried looking for stuff on the web and haven't found anything that I could use. I did find something for a sprint or cingular phone that wouldn't send messages, but with it being a different company, it wouldn't work.

I can send text messages, just not picture messages.

Ya I know several people with that problem, and they said they can barely send them too, they have to be super duper small. Nick had that problem with his current phone (ATT) and it was a network setting he had to reset. Did you try clearing any cache from internet usage and pulling your battery?

I did turn off and then turn back on my phone, but did not remove the battery and it didn't work.

But I was able to send the pictures (finally).
I don't know if I can do it via bluetooth, to be honest, I'm not sure what that means.

I was trying to sync it up to my office computer today, but we ran into some problems and then I had to leave.

Maybe the verizon system was down? I have no idea.
