Unhappy Identification / Breed Issues HELP

I bought two horses at a sale. When I was talking to the seller he told me that both mare and foal were of full breed with passports. I spent quite alot of money on the mare and foal. The passport he gave me does not match the microchip that is in the mare and foal. Now I don't know what breed the horses are or what country they came from. And whats worse, I cannot trace the microchip numbers. I tried alot of companys and noone seems to have a record of them.

Can anyone help me???
Has anyone else had the same problem?????
