In September, my laptop seized. It had to be completely restored, I lost iTunes and now everything is on my phone. I can't sync without restoring my phone to it's original state, but I'm in desperate need of the upgrades [I'm having phone problems, they can't hear me, not getting phone calls or voicemails, etc]. I tried to follow the Apple "how to" to backup my phone so I can sync and then put everything back on, but it doesn't work, I wasn't getting the option it said I had to pick. And I can't figure out ephpod. Help?!
