Alright, this should tell you how to do it, I made it more complicated by asking for the model, as I forgot it's no longer needed.

For simplest understanding. Go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > (right click on the specific audio devices, click properties, go to the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver).
(Driver Update Windows 7 - How to Update Drivers in Windows 7 - Device Driver Update)

You should use the device manager to keep all your drivers up-to-date, as sometimes Window's doesn't catch all your driver updates.
(Keep in mind, Viri get in, when you don't have things fully updated, so it's good to keep them up-to-date! )

If you have any questions, just let me know.

Well that was easy. Thanks! I did it and it said the latest updates were already on my computer. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so that's probably why.

Haha, not a problem. Sometimes computers are stupid and don't update the specifics that don't really harm your computer unless you tell them to. So it never hurts to check.

I got a solid state hard drive as my last laptop died a painful death after it hit the floor from a very insubstantial distance. A solid state hard drive has no moving parts, so nothing to break. I paid for an extended warranty that covers accidental spills and dropping, too.
You have to be careful with solid state drive tho, because the space they come with is very limited and you cannot upgrade your hard drive or memory at any point.
The Macbook Pro is always a very good, all around solution. You can upgrade and double up your memory at any point, as well as do upgrades to your hard drive. They are great long term computers. Again always consider getting your Applecare on it, to cover all your bases.
