I don't know, but I personally don't like Dell. I havn't had a good experience with their laptops in the past, and I just don't like how their E is sideways! Lol!! I have a Vaio notebook and I loove it. :)
You need to talk to your cellphone PROVIDER to find out about internet service....the fees...and which phones can 'handle' it..... No...they are not all created equal.....
