Hello, there are many ways to build a website depending on your experience we can guide you to the right direction.

If you know nothing about programming and would like out of the box tool then try using Webplus 2 from Serif - here is the link

Web Design Software - WebPlus X2 from Serif

There are many other software which you can use however depending on what sort of website you have in mind?

Try giving answer to the following questions and see if things get bit clearer.

1: What kind of website I am looking for?
2: Am I going to sell products on it or just information website?
3: Is the website a personal website or business website?
4: How much experience do I have in website development?
5: Do I have register my domain name (domain name = website name like microsoft.com)
6: What kind of hosting package I would like to have?

There are many more questions but see if you can answer these .

Hope this helps

Regards

What kind of website are you wanting?
If you are doing ecommerce - I did mine with Auctiva.com and signed up for the commerce store.
Here is how mine turned out Omega Horse Solutions
