YouTube Help!

Hi folks. So for those of you who have figured it out, I'm technologically ******ed. Put me in front of a computer for a reasonable period of time and I will have it full of viruses and most likely have crashed something...

Anyways. So now I've fooled something fairly idiot proof. And by fairly idiot proof the lady at the store said "yeah you just push one button and it does everything!" and I've been sitting here for a few hours and can't make it work.

I just recently bought a JVC Everio with 60GB internal memory. It's nice, and apparently all the vids are YouTube ready. I can't upload anything to YouTube though...
All vids are under 2GB and 10minutes, and are MPEG-2 format.
It gets to 50% uploaded in the Everio software package that is especially for YouTube uploading and then fails.
Help?

Is it Youtube saying upload failed? I find that its usually Youtube that is messing up not me. Have you tried uploading it to another site like photobucket or Flickr?
