Thumbs up Amazing Trail Ride Moments!!!

Went on a 40k trail ride today riding Shadowfax (one of my horses) he shyed at another horse he didn't see in the paddock on the other side of the fence. The horse in the paddock got up quickly without Shadow noticing he got up, anyway, he did this MAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSIVE shy and jumped into the air like 5m to the left he bucked and stuff and I STAYED OOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!
I can't really explain how COOL it was but anyway the person behind me was amazed!!!!!!Anyway what is the most amazing thing that has happened to you on a trail ride?

Heheheheheheehehehhehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe LOL it was AMAZING!!

Haha don't you feel proud when you have massive feats like that?? Well mine sounds corny but it felt amazing, anyway we were on a pony club christmas camp up in the mountains and we all gathered at the base of a massive hill and were lining up to race. Only the more confident riders wanted to race so I lined up. I was on a 14hh 4yr old Connemara and all the other horses were thoroughbreds so we took off at a gallop and all the TB's were sooo fast but my little connie was keeping up and the TB's were tripping because of the rough terrain but my connie was is so sure footed he just powerd to the front and beat all the TB's it felt amazing he was sooo fast! I was so proud :)

I knew you would beat them to the top as soon as I read what you were going to do. You can't beat a Conne for mt. Climbing and they've got more heart than any equine big or small.
