Biscuit looks like he has had too much baking powder!

I haven't rode Biscuit since August 15 due to my surgery. I thought he was looking like a muffin last week and told the barn manager to cut back on his feed just a little.

I went out to the barn this evening with the hubby and OMG Biscuit looks like he is an over flowing muffin. He has gained quiet a bit of weight. I won't be riding til next week so it will be coming off but he is quiet the little fluffy fellow right now. Time to hit the trail!!!

LOL He is a muffin but still cute as a bug. He is filthy and hopefully Sunday I can get out there and give him a good bath. He is only 15 hh so he isn't real tall but he is Impressive bred and is a chunky bunky. I do like that look but I want him to be healthy since he has to cart my chunky bunky around! We are having our ACTHA ride next week and hopefully I will be riding safety. I was supposed to be judge but because of my knee we thought perhaps it would be best for me not to. If I ride safety, my cousin and I will be riding a 4 mile loop over and over. So we should get in quiet a few miles next week. The week after that we will be up at Ebenezer riding in the hills. Poor guy - he is going to have to hoof it up!
