So lucky to live where we live. Had a great ride out today. A large group of us go out every weekend and try to hit new trails. It's been an absolutely blast.

Our mare is a Reg Canadian, will be turning 4 yrs old this summer.

Far as I know, Powderface trail begins at the little Elbow, and goes up high, very steep climb.

This is on top of Powderface, but I have always just climbed it from the Little Elbow area.

We checked out Sibbald flats once, after the flood, to find a new area to ride, but the bridge was washed out, so we never hauled horses there. Has it been re built?

Are you riding in K country? Reason I ask, is that is where trails are marked that well, and is the first picture perhaps at the BIg Elbow?
If it is, i have ridden that entire loop in one day,, but it is about 30 miles, from Little Elbow to Big Elbow, to Tombstone, to Romulus and back to little Elbow
I would now chose to pack into Tombstone, and actually ride some trails from there.
