In Case Of Emergency -

I just had an interesting phone conversation and thought that Id shoot this out.
In the event that you or a family member (friends count as family) gets hurt (while riding, walking the dog, Christmas shopping, you get the idea) the emergency responders will have a much easier time contacting family if you, or they, have In Case of Emergency contacts listed in the cell phone.
It takes just a moment and can save a lot of heartache. Give a free Christmas gift and add this info to your cell phone and get your friends and family to do the same.
You can read more about the topic here

I think that's something we should all do Trails. Mine has my hubby, parents, daughter's school, pediatrician, and vet as ICE contacts.
