I've ridden in rides with over 100 horses. I can only remember a few instances when there were problems. Even when I used to ride with a group of 10-15 horses, we would let others know if we were going to go off into a canter so that the rest could maintain control.
I agree that horses are herd animals and want to remain with the herd but you need to be a rider not a passenger.
I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.
