Camp is in a massive field, with a river with a great swimming hole beside it. Plenty of space for everyone.
The ride is notorious for being hot, humid, and full of climbs. This year was no different. The start was a bit delayed due to the fog, which became stifling humidity in the daylight. High temps were in the lower 90s and I don't want to think about what the heat index likely was.

At the end of the day, Dream and I placed second and got Best Conditioned!!
Could not be more proud of her. We had company the first loop (18 miles), then rode the rest of the ride alone.
