Post Trails Petition

Ok...I know I'm new here, but I was hoping I could get some signatures on this online petition. We are trying to get new trails and trails that were previously open to equestrian use reopened in the Virginia Military Parks. Any signatures will be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thanks everybody!!!!

528 Signatures so far. I'd like to have at least 700 before I print it off and send it. I'll definitely keep you all posted if we can get these trails re-opened!! THANKS!!!

You would be much better off to get local signatures and present them to your congressman or senator.

The congressman and senator are already in on it. They're the one's that told us to send it to Ken Salazar. He's over the National Parks and Recreation. We are trying to work the tourism angle by getting people other than from this area to sign. The man that took over this area closed most of the parks to equestrian use when he took over round about 6 years ago. We are coming up on the Sesquecentennial of the Civil War, and were told that now would be the time to get everything in the works.
