Show colors??

I have a medium-colored bucksin, and I wanted to know what colors you all think might look good for my outfits/tack?? I show in showmanship, halter (he has amazing confo!!), and pleasure, and I was thinking either a mossy green or turquoise?? I'm leaning toward the green. What do you think??

Either color would be great, but I lovvve turquoise. That was my color before I got my horse :p

I've always thought black looked sharp on a buckskin. Makes the mane, tail and stockings really pop. But I should take my own advice because I have a really red colored bay in the summer and my tack's brown.

This is a really good start to picking colors. Personally, I stay away from red, purple and yellowish colors. I like earth-tones, green, black, and deeper blue, occasionally royal blue. That's just me. It would depend on how much "yellow" tone your horse has to his coat, but I think this wheel is very helpful.

I love bright collors on buckskins. That pop. I guess because I am jealous that I can't pull them off.

I think he'd look great in purple! Haha, but green would look nice too:)

As a base color I love black or chocolate brown (chaps, hat, boots, etc) for the accent colors, greens, blues, and other jewel tones look very nice, and a crisp black and white outfit for showmanship always looks classy no matter what color horse you have.
