Show Saddle Pad

Is it easier to get the show blanket with the pad attached or is it better I use my Pressure Relief pad and buy the blanket to go on top

What I do, since I have quite a few show outfits, is have one work pad that I use for showing and everyday riding. For shows, I have thin woven pads that I put over top of the work pad.

I do the same thing since I have a fair amount of clothes. I have a clean work pad and just get a bunch of the maytex show blankets. They're cheap (only about $50) and look really nice. The good show pads run a couple hundred bucks a piece otherwise.
