I am 5'4" and weight 110lbs

Again - probably the same 14 or 15. Even a 16 would be great. My Barrel saddle is my main saddle I use for trail rides and just pleasure riding.

A 15 inch.

I was your height and your weight once long ago, lol, and a 15 fit me beautifully at the time. This is assuming you have a 'normal' body shape and are not out of proportion anywhere.

haha no I have more of an hourglass shape, and I wear a size 2 in jeans if that helps in anyway for a saddle size lol

14 - 14.5. Depends ... I like a bigger saddle, I don't like feeling tight in the saddle.
