what type of headstall would look best on my roman nosed horse? :)

I am working with a roman nosed horse who is a beautiful buckskin with a white stripe and I'm not sure what type of head stall would look best, any opinions? I like the look of a one ear more than a brow band because personally, I feel it is more authentic western! I have never seen a two ear in person so I don't know how they look. Perhaps I'm over thinking my headstall purchase but whatever all opinions appreciated!

Thin leather will accentuate the Roman nose--I LIKE Roman noses, btw, bc those horses can breathe well. Pick a headstall with an inch or more in width and the Roman nose will be played down, and his other features will show off more.
