Anyone Do Drill Team?

Alright I have to admit I'm a little hooked. I've filled in a couple times for a local drill team while they practice before their rodeo later this year and it's a ton of fun! I had always admired drill teams, they make it look so easy but I'm learning just how difficult it can be.

So who here does drill or just likes to watch? Anyone have a favorite manuever?

I on our drill team. We aren't that advanced yet, but I like doing the pinwheels.

So in lies the madness, the pursuit of the impossible in the face of the complete assurance that you will fail, and yet still you chase.

Well I'm super excited to announce that I've leased a horse and joined the team!! Exstatic doesn't even describe it :)

I like the pinwheels, but they can be so tough! For our grand entry we're doing like pinwheels that change direction in the middle of the arena so that we'll be traveling down the length of the arena....sounds confusing but looks really cool! I'm nervous to ride with a flag for the first time but still more excited then apprehensive!
