Fun Western Activities?

Hey guys,
I've been looking into different western activities and seeing what looks fun and what I think I could do. I'm thinking about doing pole bending, barrel racing and keyhole for fun, and maybe entering in them for fair next year. I thought it would be good for Jake to have something to have fun with, a little bit of a challenge for both of us.

I just learned about keyhole, and thought it looked interesting. I've been trotting barrel courses (can't canter them quite yet) and trotting poles too. I'm just trying to look around at different fun western activities that I could do with him to keep him on his feet:P

What are you're favorite western activities?

We mainly just trail ride but we've also done judged trail rides. Basically you go thru obstacles. They show you what things you need to work on with your horse, how well your horse handles ordinary and strange things and how well you can control your horse. I know there's a national group, ACTHA, that put some on. Then there's extreme trail riding. I'll see if I can find the video on YouTube.
