Helpful video for reining conformation...

I've noticed a lot of "Is my horse going to be any good at reining?" threads. This video popped up on my suggested videos for youtube and I found it quiet helpful! Hope you will too!

Not working. Will not let me watch it. Knowing LT is it some what limited in his views on things.

I find that it comes down to more how they move then just their conformation.

Will check it out later. I have a reining confo vid that's pretty good, I'd have to dig it out but I'm pretty sure it's Bob Loomis.

Life is like a camera. Focus on what's important, Capture the good times, Develop from the negatives and if things don't work out, Take another shot.

Thanks Adam! I did it from my phone, so I guess it didn't work.

I'm not sure its 100% correct because I'm don't know a ton about confirmation, let alone for a specific discipline! If he is on the money, or if it works for him, then he broke everything down well, made it simple and explained why these qualities make a good reiner.

I have a bad time posting video links with my phone as well. I re-posted the video from my work computer, which has no speakers, SO, I'm stuck with not being able to check this out until after I get back in from riding tonight. And I'm sooooo curious! Lol

That was one of the better videos that he had done. I agree with some of his stuff and not so much on other stuff.

I do agree with what he was pointing out. Also watch how the colt turns. This will give you a lot of good info on how well the horse will work.
