    lesson whoa's....

So I had my lesson last night... I did ok I geuss... Our walk/jog is not too bad, I opted not to bosal train him beause it was turning the hair on his nose white and I was sad, so I'm going to be the only 2-year old in the show ring not riding in a bosal but ... who cares... teehee...

My canterlope was not so hot. I was trying to do it in a small circle, and he kept running out on me, it wasnt his doing, it was definitely something I was doing with my body, too much leg, not enough reign I'm not really sure. I wish I had video taped it so I could tell... he would start running out and I would try to give him outside leg to fix it but I would overspur him and he would stop so then I would get started again and... you know the drill. The opposite direction I was much better and when I hit the rail I did ok. He's really off balance and he feels really fast but for 60 days it's not too bad.... I geuss....

Sniff... just whining, I'll keep practicing....
