Mildot - I notice you take a lot of what I say literally. LOL. When I said "So I've heard", I basically meant that it's been drilled into my head so much by everyone else, but I don't know if its true for these two horses as individuals.

As for doing sorting for a long time, not really. We have sorted before, but we actually normally do team penning (We've done a short season every winter and spring since I was little...) But we lost our third person so we have been sorting this year instead. Normally it's me on Selena and my partner on her horse.

Doesn't matter anyway now, the barrel race ran WAY late and we missed the sorting. Oh well, next time.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

sh,keep sorting in mind, cause it will do your horse a world of good to do something different every now and then.

Definitely, rob. Selena likes it. Her main job is as a barrel horse right now because she finally decided she's sick and tired of reining and equitation classes but she really likes her playtime with the cows too.

I assume you were referring to me.

Keep in mind that e-mail, text, etc can only be taken as it is written. There is no room for "well maybe she meant to say something else so I will just 'assume'".

Oops, yeah, my apologies. Not awake when I wrote that.

And I understand that. That's why I clarified in that post.
