Wink Riding Jeans

Looking for a good quality pair of jeans that won't wear so quickly in the crotch. Any suggestions?

I'm currently pleased with Wrangler Q-Baby. I have two pair of Cruel Girl showing lots of wear, including in the pocket I keep my cell phone.

Ive been very happy with women's regular fit Carhart's. Ive found them to be cheaper at Amazon than in the stores. The denim is heavier and seems to have good quality stitching. Its hard to find long lasting clothing when we live in a throw-away world.

There's a right way, a wrong way, and Lynn's way!

Are the carharts comfortable? What are they? Like 98% cotton and 2 % spandex or are they all cotton? How stretchy or soft are they?

I have 2 pairs of Miss Me's and about 5 pairs of Wranglers Rock 47's. I had a ton of the Wranglers Jacksons as well. The miss me's are 100 bucks and one is only 2 years old and already ripping at the crotch. My Jacksons usually lasted about 2 years. My Rock 47's are going on 4 years and still in great shape....

I'm so cheap i hate spending good money on clothes. To be honest, I had a pair of jeans from Old Navy I used to ride in all the time. Super comfy (and they probably only cost me $25). I tore them on barbed wire before the crotch wore out.

And because I'm cheap I will probably sew them up and keep wearing them.

I've had them for a couple years now.

If you want to look good and have the functionability fact, go for the Miss Me's, Rock & Roll Cowgirls. If you want okay looks and the functionability, go for the Q'babys. Sorry, I have no experience with the bargain brands.

I am also a Wrangler Aura fan. I get those for shows.

For every day riding, I usually go to Goodwill; they usually have Wranglers (don't really care what kind for every day riding so long as they fit) and all their jeans are $6. Win Win for me!

If you really want to be cheap and have top of the line jeans, you can go to goodwill and get them for $5.99. You just have to be in the mood and have patients.

My favorites, because I like the way they fit, are Levi's and Lucky jeans.

I miss the good old fashioned, pure cotton, with no spandex stretchy stuff, jeans. They don't make them for women at all anymore. They lasted forever. My last pair like that lasted for ten years and I finally had to sadly let them go and turn them into dusting rags. :(

Yes, I also go to Goodwill to look for jeans too. All of my work clothes, in fact. I refuse to spend a bunch of money on clothes that will get stained, ripped and super dirty.

I don't show though...and my perspective might be different if I did.
