Oh, but I DO need help getting in the saddle... I use a step stool these days!!!

Trust me, I do need to lose the extra lbs because I have arthritis in my knees, ankles and the worst place, in my feet. They kill me, and I still like to walk and run (I compete in dog agility), so I'm working hard at getting some of it off, especially before my next doctors appointment, which is right before Christmas!

Awww, heck, I use a step to help me get up, and I'm not even thirty yet, so don't feel too badly! I mainly do it because it really is better for the horse, but to be perfectly honest, my knees have no 'spring' left in them...I just can't swing up there anymore! Fibromyalgia will do that to ya though!

You two look great together

You look wonderful for being 52 and wow, Ms Gandy sure is a head turner, I really love her coloring, absolutely beautiful. Oh and about her pastern, haha, after taking a few pictures of my boy Scout and seeing his do the same thing, I sooo thought something was wrong, haha. Glad to see another horse with flexibility. :)

Gosh. You have no idea how much I would like to steal her from your pasture.

Thanks all for the kind comments. You guys really make me want to ride more often!

Wait until winter, her coat get lighter. She's like a horse of a different color ;) Very unusual coat/color. I haven't seen many like her.
