Talking So im haning out with Ropers tomorrow lol

Tomorrow im taking my english trained mare to ride with some ropers, it should be fun, I have no idea what Cessie is going to think about it. We are going to look funny in our little english saddle and bridle lol, oh well. Should be fun
Will get some piccehs

I also went today and rode one of their horses and I was like wow! These horses are so light and sensitive, I knew they were clued onto your seat and stuff but I didnt know they were THAT sensitive lol

Had no idea where Karangahake gorge is so just looked on google, photos of place look great. Are you going to learn some roping!
You going to have such a cool time. I got my horse from a guy who does roping, I know what you mean by responsive. LOL.
I bet you will be ditching your english saddle and bridle when you get back.
Have a great time.
Can't wait to see photo's

I remember my first roping lesson. =/ Not very good, but def fun.

Never seen anybody twirling a rope in an English saddle, so I can't wait to see piccys! Hehe.

And yes, roping/cutting/cow horses are VERY sensitive. My boy High Five(the one in my avatar) was a futurity cutting horse, and he is absolutely the best horse I have ever had.

Oh no, yeah it's really windy, and lightning is forecast Took my boy out in the wind to day for our first windy day ride. He was as good as gold.
Let us know when you are going to go again.
