Well i got to hand out with the ropers :P

Mum woke me up at 8.30 and asked if I wanted to go to a friends place with cessna and ride in their roping arena and go for a trek, I of course said yes.
So I go get cessie ready to float and load up the car etc. etc.
We get there and unload. We wait for a bit to let cessie get used to the place. Then we tacked up and rode in the roping arena. Cessie decided that the sound the gates make when they let a cow out sound EXACTLY the same as the barriers open. Didnt help that after the cow was let out two of the horses would run off. Lol she spun and tried to go, but I didn't let her.
She got used to it eventually and after chasing the ones without 'heads' we had a break for lunch, she was good while I ate my lunch and stuff lol

Then after lunch, I went for a ride with Amy and her little pony Sassy, we went around, through a stream up and steep bank along, over some jumps and stuff like that. Then Amy and I went for a trek while the adults practised their roping etc. we went up to the hills, over another stream, up hill, down hill, around, up hill, down hill. Got back all was fine and dandy. I was un tacking her and she decided that because shed been away from the sound of the gates opening for a while, shed be silly. She partially broke my phone, broke the lead rope and sprained my thumb. I tied her back up and let her get over herself. I was giving her a brush after to remove her sweat and I found that she had hurt her self on her nose, its a small cut like yay big ( ), almost down to the bone, well there isnt much flesh on the top of their nose. She's all fine doesnt notice it at all. I then loaded up got home cleaned it out and fed the horses.
All in all a good, tiring day/

    Lol novel

Sounds like you had a very eventful day. The sound of the roping chutes can make any horse that is not used to them nervous and spooky for the first little bit. Must have been a great day.

    Is Cessie an OTTB?
