    WPRA Question

Anyone have any experience showin the WPRA circuits? When I get to my permanent duty station with the Army & find a horse I'm going to be applying for my first year permit. I was reading their rule book but was curious they are set up like NBHA with divisions (1D, 2D etc.) or if its just one big pool of riders with everyone up against each other (if that phrasing made any sense to you guys).

No, it is not set up like NBHA. When you run, you do not run in a set division, it's one group (like you said) broken up between however many days that the rodeo goes for. The quickest times are then pulled from each day to make up the placing.

I just got my permit not too long ago and will hopefully be doing some pro-rodeos this summer. Good luck to you, I hope you have fun with it!
