Help, anyone help!!

okay im doign my first hunter/jumper show. i dont know tooo much about what goes on at them. My trainer told me im doing 2'6" jumpers and the flat classes that go with it. Ive been doing eq and jumper lessons lately, so i know what to do, i just dont know what to expecct at the show.
*what is expected at the gaits in the flat class?
*What type of movements are expected in a 2'6" flat class?
*What are "tests" like and will i have to do one?

any additional info that would help me would be greatly appreciated!!

there aren't flat classes for jumper divisions. there are flat classes for hunter divisions, is that what you meant? there are 2 types of flat classes. 1) undersaddle: judged on your horse. you'll be asked to walk, trot, canter both ways. that's pretty standard no matter where you are. 2) equitation: judged on you. walk trot canter both ways, but the judge also often asks for a sitting trot and sometimes a halt or hand gallop.

what do you mean by "tests"? are you doing a medal class or do you mean a call back for an equitation class?
