What can you say...Horse Person starts at a young age!! He looks great, so does your horse. Is that an Appy? Or a Knabstrupper?

Thanks guys! Thursday, the little appy is not ours, she is one of the lesson horses at the barn. My Vin isn't quite ready for a little guy like Kaleb...even tho they get along quite well. He liked his first lesson so much we are going back tomorrow.

That's great! I still remember my very first riding lesson at age 8. It was on a little buckskin named Buckwheat and I was hooked from that moment on.

Buckle in then, it's only a matter of time before every letter to Santa starts with "Pony" in the first three spots... :) (I was a goner after my first state-fair pony ride, age 3.)

I always love seeing kids start riding at such a young age. In my opinion it teaches so many great things.

Yes Lynn, I totally agree! My son has struggled in school, he really doesn't like it at all, and my husband and I are hoping that through riding, he will be able to learn about responsibility and have some motivation to succeed in school.
