Barn information- Stalls are matted with corner hay racks and fans for the summer. There is an automatic fly spray system that sprays the barn aisle and stalls. The tack room currently has three saddle racks and four bridle racks and a window air conditioning unit.

Down the road from me so to speak.

6,450 SF, wow a very huge house.

2 Acres? Not very much acreage for Horses.............

For the high Taxes Forsyth County Charges, you need 10 Acres to get a Tax Break under the Agricultural/Farm Covenant.

.

This is my parents' home. I married in October and now live in Augusta with my two horses. My dad worked for a building company in the Atlanta area and managed the house's construction.

We kept my two horses comfortably on the property for almost ten years. (Granted, my horses are very easy keepers and I kept them in a dry lot behind the barn (notice the sand) for half of the day and turned them out for the other half.) Two of the other neighbors in the (soon to be) 7 house neighborhood have horses as well, so the neighborhood is very horse friendly. :)

I'm also 21.

But I like that property a lot.
