I dearly love zuchini. So versatile. Has he ever tried zuchini spiralized into 'noodles', then stirfried, with garlic and onion, mushrrom, whatever, basil, parmesan cheese and whatever. That vegetable is just like real pasta!!!
I'm frying up onions, musrooms, roma tomatoes, zuchini, garlic, red wine and parmesan cheese, as I write this. Then, fry meat balls seperattely, with some bottled red sauce and pasta . yum!
