My husband has many friends in the pit garage and race shops...
The degree of this accident in seriousness, he should be dead.
I'm glad human know-how and technology in medicine, design and fabrication of that race car were able to give those little girls their daddy back.

Indeed, to cheat the "Grim Reaper" another soul, this time....
The man is a walking miracle you see...

Welcome back Ryan...

The worst day is instantly better when shared with my horse.....

He's very lucky. Advancements in safety saved his life. This was Dale Earnhardt all over again, and Dale didn't walk away. I don't follow racing, but my dad was traumatized watching Dale Earnhardt die, so I'm happy to see Ryan survive this.

Ditto nothing short of a miracle and the technological advancements in racing.

My gosh look at Ryan! He looks better than if hed just had his appendix out:).

DH and I were newly dating when Dale Sr. passed. We were at a watch party for that race -.
JCnGrace and knightrider like this.
