Anyone else having same issue??
Same. I cleared my cache and it has continued to log me out AND I'm now stuck with the "mobile version" of the forum on my phone.

Ahhhh. haha

I'm trying to remain positive that everything will be back to normal in a few weeks. It seemed to take a few weeks when the format of the forum changed and it was getting ok, maybe the same thing will happen here. Fingers crossed!

WhattaTroubleMaker here.

My whatta account is still locked out. I used the "contact us" button a couple times for an email change because I can't for the life of me remember the email I used for the account, but I never heard anything back. Until then I will be using this account. So frustrating!

What if a member's email has been banned?

Golden is in a weird twilight zone of a Bermuda Triangle. Can't change anything because of the banned email. Can't request a new password.

What a cluster bang to have your email banned!

I think sending out a group email would have been nice. I was contemplating if I was going to have to make a whole new account.
That's what I had to do, I never got the email (checked spam folder). It took me quite a few tries to trick the forum into sending me a reset email. I'm using Chrome if that matters.

Well hello, I eventually got back in because my new password was emailed to someone else and they passed it in to me, what a flaming gong show this has been, and STILL there will be the frustration of those who cannot get in reading that message on the home screen, with a link to this thread, a thread that you can only see when you are logged in.....

As a very successful Customer Service manager, this whole fiasco just grates on me....

Thanks to all the members who have been giving ideas and support off forum

I'm back too! They managed to merge it with the new account and get me a password. So much trouble for I still think a dumb change.

Please though make this public because if you are logged out, you can't see it.

All I could see was

You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. You are not logged in. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and try again.
  2. You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Which when you can't log in and you have been sent to a page for further information sends the blood pressure up a few notches
