Changing Password


Want to change my password but can't, because i don't remember current password. Computer has password saved but doesn't show what it is. Please Help, thank you.

Can you not log out, then choose 'forgot password' when you log in again & it will email you a verification to change password?

As above - the easiest thing to do is to use the Forgot Password link
You need to know the email address associated with your account here to do that - if you don't remember what it is then please use a Talk to the Team thread to ask us or you can PM one of us if you've got 5 posts or more on the forum

Just winging it is not a plan

@loosie @jaydee I got password changed this morning,i wrote it down so i don't forget it again. Email account i remembered, just not password. Thank you both very much appreciated.
