How to collect carrots?

OK, I'm probably being very dense....but I have found a few carrots floating about and have tried clicking on them but they how do I collect them please, someone?

You click on them, and drag them into the basket at the top of the page. (: It took me a while, too! xD

You can also steal them from other members ;)

it wont let me put he carrots in the basket :( am i doing something wrong?

Are you clicking and dragging? You have to do it fast, or they will disappear.

The sensitivity of the internet baffles me.

it wasnt letting me drag them like i had a wee circle with a line through but its sorted it self out now also how do you collect the carrot indicator thing?
